• Interior Redesign
  When you want to update your look but buying all new things is not in the budget, let us give your room a “redesign”.  Using your existing furniture and accessories, we spend a day transforming the room to become a beautiful reflection of you.  The goal is to create not only beauty but harmony. Spaces that you never use or don’t feel comfortable in are prime candidates for redesign.  You don’t have to do a thing!  You’ll spend the day at work, shopping or with your friends and come home to a beautiful, warm inviting room that you will now love! 

• Shopping Service
  After your room is redesigned, you might want to add a few new items such as pillows, lamps or art work to compliment your new space.  We can shop for just the right accessories. No need for you to run around town; we know where to get the best deals. 

• Color Consultations
  When you are ready for new color and are overwhelmed with the choices, we can help. Have you made the wrong paint selection in the past? Choosing the right color can be difficult, if you don’t know how that small sample will transfer to an entire room. Our 20 years of experience gives us the expertise to choose the tone, depth and hue of the color you really want!

• Consultation and Proposal 
  We begin with a walk-through of your home, discussing your needs and how we can help you gain the maximum return on your investment.  Our eight step process allows us to view your home objectively and help you see it through a buyer’s eyes.  We discuss the cosmetic changes and additional accessories that will be needed. Our proposal is based on the amount of work required, as well as your budget. 

• Home Staging 
  Dramatic transformations are made to the main rooms of the home.  A full day of home staging includes the living areas, dining room, master suite and kitchen.  Occasionally, there are additional areas of the home that need staging and require extra time.   We bring the accessories and furnishings needed to give your home the updated look that appeals to today’s buyers.  Our attention to detail ensures your satisfaction

• Vacant Home Staging
  According to a 2009 study by RESA, vacant homes sold 78% faster after being staged. • Model Home Service
  In Wilmington, NC’s competitive housing market, builders are finding that a fully furnished and staged model is crucial in selling their properties.  Our experience in staging model homes enables us to provide the builder with a complete turnkey service.  As designers, we are aware of current trends and what appeals to today’s discriminating buyers.  Staging a model makes rooms look larger and more inviting. The goal of staging a model is to excite the buyer so they will say, “This is it, this is the one”. Staging doesn’t cost, it sells!   

• Pre-listing Action Plan
  We view your property and prepare a detailed action plan. You’ll receive a room by room account of the changes needed to optimize your property. We also focus on the exterior and curb appeal. It is difficult for a home owner to view their property through the eyes of a buyer. Let us spot potential objections before a buyer does.
