needed. Our proposal is based on the amount of work required, as well as your

Home Staging
Dramatic transformations are made to the main
rooms of the home. A full day of home staging includes the living areas,
dining room, master suite and kitchen. Occasionally, there are additional areas
of the home that need staging and require extra time. We bring the accessories
and furnishings needed to give your home the updated look that appeals to
today’s buyers. Our attention to detail ensures your satisfaction. Photos and
a video are prepared for your agent to use in marketing.

Completed Action Plan for “Do-It-Yourself”
We prepare a comprehensive 10-page action plan if you choose to complete the
look yourself. We go through the home with you filling out a detailed plan. We
can also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a
dramatic difference in the value of your home.

Our photos, videos and electronic flyers give your property the edge needed to
